IHI Brand Story & Materials
The Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) came to Metal looking to create a video script and leave-behind package that would demonstrate the importance of their work and the impact that they make across the world. Their desire was to quickly make an emotional connection with potential customers and partners, create a more consistent message about IHI, and alleviate the need for IHI staff, faculty and partners to try to relay the emotional side of IHI’s brand. The first step for Metal was to develop a brand story. Once this was accomplished, we leveraged that story, “Improving Care. Improving Lives.” to develop a series of high-end, high-impact collateral pieces that gave both a 1000 foot and 10,000 foot view of IHI’s work around the globe.
